MURPHYSBORO - Assistant Senate Minority Leader State Senator Terri Bryant (R-Murphysboro) announced this week the endorsement of Illinois' largest and most influential pro-life advocacy groups in the race for 58th district State Senator.
Senator Bryant and her husband Rick are the parents of two children and six grandchildren. Since taking office as 58th district State Senator, Terri Bryant has amassed a 100% pro-life voting record.
"I'm honored to receive the endorsement of Illinois Citizens for Life and Pro-Family Alliance. I stand for life. I have voted NO on using tax dollars to pay for abortions, I voted no on removing the right of parents to be notified prior to their child receiving abortion services. I voted against using tax dollars to pay for abortions for undocumented immigrants. I voted against the unconstitutional law that unfairly targeted pregnancy care clinics with huge financial penalties for cases of 'misinformation' as determined solely by Democrat politicians. My record on life is 100% rock-solid."
Bryant says she'll be the reliable pro-life candidate in the race for 58th district State Senator.
"My record is clear. I vote on the side of protecting life every chance I have. I am a mom, a grandma, and I'm also a conservative, pro-life State Senator. I'm grateful to Illinois' largest and most influential pro-life groups for their support and for standing firm for life."
